- Reviews: structured performance reviews with customisable question sets, manager and self-assessment workflows, and a review cycle dashboard for HR
- Engagement surveys: anonymous survey engine with Likert and free-text questions, suppression thresholds to protect anonymity, and jittered timestamps
- Reporting and insights: factor breakdown with drill-down to question level, department slicing, comparison to previous surveys, and impact ranking with CSV export
- People directory: searchable and filterable staff directory with a visual org chart showing the full reporting hierarchy
- Slack integration: channel announcements, individual DMs on survey launch, and automated reminder nudges for non-completers
- SSO authentication: Entra ID single sign-on with MSAL PKCE and JWKS validation
